IPFW RETAIL CENTER | BND PROJECT

Project Description

This 7,840 SF retail center is currently being developed near the IPFW campus. It will be anchored by Jimmy John’s and Tim Horton’s and still has approximately 4,200 SF available. Situated on a highly traveled intersection, the center is adjacent to the CVS Pharmacy that opened in the fall of 2013 and directly in front of IPFW Student Housing.
