Project Description

This 42,400 SF build-to-suit industrial building was constructed for Ground Effects, Ltd., a multi-faceted supplier if quality interior and exterior accessory components for the automotive industry. The property is adjacent to the 2.85 million SF General Motors plant that is situated on 716 acres and employs 3,300 people. Ground Effects has a 5-year lease in the new building that runs concurrent with their initial 5-year GM supplier contract.

Ground Effects is investing more than $2.1 million in capital improvements to the site.
