Andy Norton | BND Development

Andy Norton graduated from Indiana University in 1980 with degrees in finance and real estate. After a three-year stint in Florida developing condominiums, he returned to Fort Wayne and continued working in real estate sales and development. In 1995 he partnered with lifelong friend Todd Ramsey to form Auburn Hills Development, a company that has successfully created more than a dozen residential subdivisions. In 2003, they decided to expand their business to include commercial and industrial projects with the creation of RCI Development. Since that time, Andy has successfully spearheaded numerous projects, including the development of Airport North Office Park; 8 @ 69, a retail complex in Auburn; the Village of Glenbrook, two sport complexes and the Ground Effects industrial building completed in a record four-month construction.   In 2010 RCI merged with BND Commercial to form the most successful full-service commercial real estate company in Northeast Indiana.
