Project Description

This property is a build-to-suit project for Group Delphi, a designer and a producer of exhibits for events, tradeshows, museums and the retail marketplace with two U.S. production locations in Alameda, California and Fort Wayne, Indiana. Improvements will include a 201,000 SF industrial building with approximately 21,000 SF of office space sitting on approximately 16 acres of land. Adjacent land is also available. 106 parking spaces will be added.
